掘进机实际截割载荷获取方法及动力学仿真研究

摘要: 鉴于我国掘进机实际载荷等基础研究的不足,本文利用机载大容量数据记录仪,测取实际工作条件下EBZ-160型掘进机升降油缸和回转油缸的载荷信号,提出从油缸载荷换算到截割头载荷的方法,并建立截割机构仿真模型,得到升降油缸和回转油缸的计算载荷。通过对比分析,验证了该掘进机载荷获取方法和仿真模型的有效性,从而为后续研究实际载荷条件下掘进机各部件及整机可靠性奠定了基础。

Abstract: In view of the lack of basic research on actual load of roadheader in China, the load signals of the adjusting cylinders and the oscillating cylinders of EBZ-160 type roadheader were measured by the large capacity data recorder in this paper. A method converting the loads from the cylinders to the cutting head was proposed, a simulation model of cutting mechanism was established, and the calculation loads of both type cylinders were obtained. Based on comparative analysis, the validity of the method and the simulation model were verified, which provided foundations for subsequent research on reliability of the key components and the whole machine.
